Damage and Loss
ILA Giyim Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items as evidence for your claim.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping
