Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Istanbul. In-stock items are typically shipped within 4–6 business days, while made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 8–10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
- All domestic shipments are handled via Yurtiçi Kargo.
- Domestic shipping is free of charge.
- Tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- All international deliveries are carried out exclusively via DHL.
- Shipments or returns sent through carriers other than DHL cannot be accepted.
- Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 5–8 business days.
- If your order was delivered via DHL, returns must be sent back using the same shipping method.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
- All international shipments are dispatched from Turkey.
- Customs duties, import VAT, and any additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning customs charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
- Customs processes may vary by country; for specific details, please contact your local customs office.
