Return & Exchange Policy
ILA offers a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Your return must be shipped/postmarked within these 14 days.
Return Conditions
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, scents, and any signs of wear.
Please note:
• Bridal and sale items are eligible for exchange only.
• Items purchased during seasonal discounts are not eligible for return, refund.
• Returns and exchanges must be shipped from the same country the order was originally delivered to.
• Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be sent back to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days at info@ilaofficial.com with your order number, full name, email address, and clear photos of the issue. Minor variations from website photos do not count as defects.
Return Shipping & Refunds
To make your experience smoother and more effortless, returns can now be initiated directly through your account on our website.
Simply log into the account you used to place your order and select “Create Return Request” under the relevant order.
Once your request reaches us, it will be reviewed in line with our return policy and you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

All domestic returns must be sent using the Yurtiçi Kargo return label provided by ILA.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns sent via other couriers will not be processed.
Please ensure the sender name matches the original order name.
Return Review & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If your order was paid partly with store credit, that portion will be reissued as store credit and is not refundable in cash. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
If a return does not meet our return conditions, the item will be sent back to the address registered in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered based on availability. Please email info@ilaofficial.com to confirm stock and reserve an item. Once your return arrives, the replacement will be shipped to the original address. If you'd like to exchange for a different style, our team is here to help.

ILA reserves the right to cancel orders that violate our Terms & Conditions or appear fraudulent.
