Where can I purchase ILA?

Can I place an order without creating an account?

At the moment, placing an order requires creating an account. Creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and be the first to know about new drops and exclusive updates. We recommend signing up for the best experience.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us at info@ilaofficial.com, our team will get back to you within 24 hours. We're available Monday to Friday and work across time zones to support our international customers. Enquiries sent over the weekend or on public holidays will be answered on the next business day.

What size should I order?

Each product page includes detailed fit notes to help guide you. You can also use our Sizebay tool on the product page for a personalised size recommendation based on your measurements. Which countries do you ship to?

All domestic shipments are handled via Yurtiçi Kargo.

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL, with the exception of Russia.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul. For delivery times and rates, please visit our Shipping page.

Is it safe to order from your online store?

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a cancel request before the shipment is complete. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. ILA cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 4–6 business days. For made-to-order sizes, please allow approximately 8–10 business days for production before shipment.

Can I collect my order in the showroom?

Yes, you can collect your order from our showroom — just make sure to email us at info@ilaofficial.com in advance so we can prepare everything for you.

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping and returns on all domestic orders via Yurtiçi Kargo.

What payment methods does ILA accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Amex credit cards.

When will I be charged?

Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase, once your order has been successfully placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer refunds?

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Kindly note that bridal and sale items are eligible for exchange only.

How do I return/exchange an order?

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@ilaofficial.com. We’ll provide you with the necessary instructions to send your item back. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within a maximum of 7 days. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the new item as soon as possible.
