Return & Exchange Policy

ILA has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s).

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, contact our client service team within 14 days of arrival of your order. To do that, please send an email to with your name, order number and your request. Products sent without an email exchange request will not be exchanged nor refunded under any circumstances.

Your request of exchange/return will be answered via e-mail and our team will guide you through whole process.

Articles should be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition. Additionally, they should have their tags intact and be in their original packaging. For items purchased during seasonal discounts, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you need further information, please send an email to

We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the exchange/return will be at the customer’s expense.

ILA cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and exchange code) is not possible shall be refused.

You may use any postal service at your own risk, ILA cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

ILA reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.


Damaged Items

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival of from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email  including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.


Cancelling / Cancelled Orders

If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email including order number, name, email address and your request.

We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.
