DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically concluded between the Parties below in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation and governs the purchase of products through the website www.ilaofficial.com.

By approving this Agreement electronically, the Buyer acknowledges accepting the payment obligation for the purchased product(s) as well as any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges.
2. DEFINITIONS

Product / Goods: Movable goods and digital content offered for sale by the Seller
Service: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods
Order: The Buyer’s request to purchase products or services through the Website
Agreement: This Distance Sales Agreement
Pre-Information Form: The legally required information provided to the Buyer before the order is placed
3. SUBJECT MATTER
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Website, including product characteristics, price, payment terms, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal, and other related matters.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All essential features of the product(s), including type, model, size, color, unit price, quantity, applicable taxes, shipping fee, payment details, and total amount, are detailed on the order summary page and in the “Order Confirmation” sent to the Buyer.

Invoice Delivery: Sent electronically as an e-invoice/e-archive invoice or delivered with the shipment depending on the Buyer’s jurisdiction.
9. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Buyer completes the order by following the steps on the Website and clicking the “Confirm Payment” button.
The Agreement becomes legally valid upon:
- The Buyer receiving the “Order Confirmation” e-mail confirming that the order has been received, and
- The Buyer receiving the “Shipping Confirmation” e-mail confirming that the order has been dispatched.
If no Shipping Confirmation is issued, the Agreement is deemed not to have been concluded.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of technical errors, stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or security concerns.
10. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
10.1 Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
10.2 The delivery period shall not exceed 30 days unless otherwise stated during checkout.
10.3 Delivery is carried out by the Seller’s contracted courier company.
10.4 Delivery times may vary depending on the Buyer’s location, courier workload, customs processing, or force majeure events.
10.5 Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package. Damaged, opened, or torn packages must be reported to the courier immediately and a written report should be prepared. Accepting a damaged package is considered acceptance of the product in good condition.
11. INABILITY TO DELIVER
11.1 If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notice or return the product to the courier branch.
11.2 If the Buyer does not collect the product within the notified period or fails to arrange redelivery, the product may be returned to the Seller.
11.3 If the order cannot be delivered due to the Buyer’s fault, the Seller may cancel the Agreement and refund the amount paid, deducting return shipping or handling costs where applicable.
12. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP
12.1 The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer.
12.2 Ownership of the product passes to the Buyer upon delivery and full payment of the purchase price.
13. PRICE AND PAYMENT
13.1 Product prices displayed on the Website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
13.2 Shipping fees are added to the order total and displayed during checkout.
13.3 The Seller may update prices at any time; however, confirmed orders are not affected by such changes.
13.4 In cases of obvious pricing errors, the Seller may cancel the order and refund the Buyer.
13.5 Payment is made through the secure payment methods listed on the Website.
13.6 If the payment provider does not authorize payment, the Seller is not obligated to fulfil the order.
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
14.1 The Buyer confirms having read and approved the Pre-Information Form, this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all Website terms.
14.2 The Seller may request additional verification from the Buyer for security reasons.
14.3 The Seller may partially or fully cancel orders in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or technical failures.
15. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
15.1 The Buyer may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.
15.2 The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing using one of the following:

15.3 The Buyer must return the product within 10 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
15.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the Buyer’s withdrawal notice.
15.5 Refunds are issued using the Buyer’s original payment method.
15.6 The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
16. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for:
– Products prepared specifically at the Buyer’s request (custom-made items).
– Hygiene-sensitive products with opened packaging (e.g., underwear, bikini bottoms, swimwear).
– Opened cosmetic or personal care products.
– Digital content delivered electronically.
– Disposable products.
17. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
17.1 If the product is defective, the Buyer is entitled to all remedies under consumer protection laws: repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.
17.2 The Seller will inspect the returned product and inform the Buyer of the outcome.
17.3 If the defect is confirmed, all costs including shipping will be refunded.
18. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the Buyer defaults on credit card payments, any interest or penalties imposed by the issuing bank are the Buyer’s responsibility.
19. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Seller’s Privacy Policy published on the Website.
20. FORCE MAJEURE
Both Parties are excused from obligations if non-performance results from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, riots, government actions, strikes, major cyber-attacks, and transportation disruptions.
If the force majeure event lasts more than 30 days, either Party may terminate the Agreement.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the Buyer’s jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable laws.
22. EFFECTIVENESS
This Agreement becomes effective when electronically approved by the Buyer during checkout.
