Return & Exchange Policy
ILA has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of product(s) must be submitted within 14 working days following receipt. Parcels returned after the prescribed timeframe will be refused and sent back to the sender. We cannot accept parcels returned as cash on delivery. All costs and risks related to returns are borne by the customer.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact our client service team within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ilaofficial.com with your name, order number, and request. Products sent without prior email authorization will not be exchanged or refunded.

Conditions For Returns
All returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

In original packaging with all tags intact

Free of stains, scents, or signs of wear (e.g. perfume, smoke)
Please note:

Bridal and sale items are eligible for exchange only.

Items purchased during seasonal discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted from the country the order was originally delivered to.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs. All returns must be sent with a trackable, insured service; ILA cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

ILA reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary.
Damaged Items
If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival of from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@ilaofficial.com including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, you will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer, and may take longer during peak seasonal periods. Refunds are issued at the purchase price stated on our website at the time of order
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges depending on availability. To check availability and reserve your preferred item, email info@ilaofficial.com.
Once your return is received, your replacement will be shipped to the original delivery address. If you’d like to exchange for a completely different style, simply contact us and we’ll assist you.
Cancelling / Cancelled Orders
If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email info@ilaofficial.com including order number, name, email address and your request.
We have the right to cancel orders that abuse our Terms & Conditions. We will refund those orders suspected of fraud. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.
